Searching for success

The founders of First Choice Personnel
had dreams of opening their own agency as far back as
1985. In January 1989, their dream took shape and became
reality.
The business started in one North York Center branch -
which is conveniently attached to the North York Centre
Subway stop. One year later, a new office was added in
the Skyline Hotel. The company began with six employees
but it has since grown to 15.
First Choice has consultants with up to 20 years experience
in the personnel industry.
Although the bulk of their temporary and permanent placements
has been "Support Staff", the company also searches
for technical, sales and engineering positions.
First Choice managers feel their greatest asset is their
hard-working consultants whose professional and honest
approach has earned the firm an enviable reputation.
